1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.preetibala.com (the “Website”), purchasing digital products, booking consultations, or engaging with any services provided under Lifestyle by Preetibala, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this Website.

2. Services Provided

Lifestyle by Preetibala provides educational and consultative services including, but not limited to:

• Vedic Astrology readings
   
• Mahadasha and transit analysis
   
• Karmic and Past Life reports
   
• Chinese Zodiac consultations
   
• Feng Shui consultations
   
• Digital astrology reports
   
• Online sessions, workshops, and courses
   

All services are offered for personal insight and educational purposes.

3. No Professional Advice

Astrology and Feng Shui services are not substitutes for professional legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes following any consultation or report.

4. Booking & Payment

a. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Lifestyle by Preetibala does not store full credit card details.

b. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

c. Refund Policy

Bookings, Confirmation, and Refunds

1. All appointments booked through www.preetibala.com are confirmed automatically upon successful completion of the online booking process and receipt of payment. Confirmation is issued via system-generated email to the address provided at the time of booking. No additional manual confirmation shall be issued.
2. By completing a booking, the Client acknowledges and agrees that preparatory work, including but not limited to birth chart calculation, review, interpretation, and professional analysis, commences prior to the scheduled session date. Such preparatory work is typically undertaken at least seven days in advance of the appointment and constitutes a substantial and integral component of the Service.
3. In the event of cancellation by the Client for any reason, the Company reserves the right to retain fees associated with chart preparation and analysis, up to a maximum of $299. This amount shall be deemed non-refundable and will be deducted from any otherwise eligible refund.
4. Nothing in this section limits any rights expressly provided under applicable consumer protection laws, where such laws apply. 
5. Due to the personalized and time-based nature of astrology and consultation services:

• Digital reports are non-refundable once work has commenced.
   
• Completed consultations are non-refundable.
   
• Rescheduling may be permitted with adequate notice (see below).
   
• If you are unable to attend a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.

Any exceptions are granted at the sole discretion of Lifestyle by Preetibala.

6. Client Responsibility

By booking a service, you confirm that:

• The birth data you provide (date, time, place) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
   
• You understand that interpretation depends on accurate data.
   
• You accept personal responsibility for how you use the information provided.
   

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including:

• Text
   
• Reports
   
• Graphics
   
• Designs
   
• Logos
   
• Visual artwork
   
• Course materials
   

is the intellectual property of Lifestyle by Preetibala and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or republished without written permission.

Client reports are for personal use only and may not be shared commercially.

8. Confidentiality

Client information, including birth data and consultation details, is treated as confidential.

We do not share personal information except as required by law or necessary for service delivery.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use this Website for unlawful purposes
   
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
   
• Copy or misuse content
   
• Interfere with the Website’s functionality
   

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse occurs.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lifestyle by Preetibala shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made by clients
   
• Indirect or consequential damages
   
• Loss of income, opportunity, or emotional distress arising from use of services
   

All services are provided in good faith and based on traditional Vedic astrological principles.

11. Affiliate & Third-Party Links

The Website may contain affiliate links or third-party references. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet disruptions, illness, or technical failures.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA.
